Friday 27th and Saturday 28th of September we are hosting a Bread making and fermentation workshopwith sourdough. We will learn how to ferment with all kinds of flour, and about the history and stories of bread. Voirrey has been making bread for years in the UK, particularly in Schumacher College and teaching in Totnes and surrounding areas.
This month she is with us, wanting to share her knowledge and learn from others! The workshop schedule is Friday 17h to 20h, Saturday from 11h to 18h in Restabal, el Valle. The workshop has a cost of 35 - 70 euros (pay what you can) including lunch on Saturday.
We offer the people who are part of our veg box scheme a 20% discount.
Your contribution will also cover the costs of participation of the people with fewer resources, refugees and migrants.
